Alfredo James
Al Pacino whose full name is “Alfredo James “al” Pacino” was born on 25th April, 1940. He was born in east Harlem, Manhattan. In 1966, he got selected at “The Actors Studio”. His debut film was in 1969 “Me, Natalie”. His first breakthrough in the film industry came in 1970s only after the movie “The Godfather” in which he had the lead role of “Michael Corleone” and “Serpico”, which is about a New York police officer who gained his fame by testifying the corruption of the police department, in which he played the lead role of “Francis Serpico”. He got the golden globe award for the movie “Serpico”, “Scent of a Woman”, “Angels in America”, BAFTA award for the movie “The Godfather part II” and for the movie “Dog Day Afternoon” , Academy award for the movie “Scent of a Woman”.
